Heritage Designs Quilting & Needlework Shop announces a new monthly event called “Loose Threads”.
“Loose Threads” will be an evening social get-together held the fourth Tuesday of each month, March through October. Bring a stitching or handwork project and relax among friends. You might want to bring along your Ott Light or other portable stitching lamp if you have one. The Shop will provide refreshments, and if you’d like to bring a brown bag lunch or snacks of your own, that’s fine too. We are asking you to bring your own beverages. This event will not have a defined membership so you can come whenever it fits your schedule; there is no fee. It’s just a fun social evening for stitching!
The Shop will remain open at 5:00 pm and close around 9:00 pm. You can come for an hour or for an entire evening!
During your stitching time you can shop if you’d like, and take advantage of any specials going on at the time. This is a great opportunity to meet new friends and learn from each other, as we enjoy a fun stress-free evening among friends who share a passion for quilting and the needle arts. We’ll send out a monthly email with a reminder of the date. The only thing we ask is that you call Heritage Designs at 319-622-3887 or email us at info@heritagedesignsquiltshop.com to register each time you plan to attend. We have limited space, so your name will go on the list for that month when you call and we’ll take names as long as space is available. If you’ve signed up for an evening and find you won’t be able to attend, we’d appreciate knowing so that your spot can be offered to someone else that month.
